Turning Point Community Programs in collaboration with the California Mental Health Planning Council will present a screening of The S Word at the Crest Theater. The screening is open to the public and admission is free.
Director Lisa Klein and Kelechi Ubozoh, who is featured in the film, will lead the Q&A that follows the screening. And, we are incredibly honored to have the “Guardian of the Golden Gate Bridge,” Kevin Briggs join the panel. Briggs is a CA Highway Patrol officer who has stopped upwards of two hundred people from jumping off the Golden Gate Bridge.
