The 2019 National Loss Team Conference will present a screening of The S Word followed by a panel discussion featuring director Lisa Klein.
The screening is free to attendees of the conference. The general public can attend just the screening for a $10.00 ticket price. Light refreshments will be served. Doors open at 6:00 and the film will begin at 6:30.
The National LOSS Team Conference focuses on advancing postvention efforts, which take place in the aftermath of a suicide. Conference attendees will be introduced to the Active Postvention Model (APM) developed by Dr. Frank Campbell, and will engage a variety of presentations and sessions that touch upon survivor experiences, systems of support, and healing.
